PS 122Q Makers Market & Mini Makers
In celebration of the crafters and entrepreneurs in our school community (both students and adults!), we’ll be holding a Makers Market & student-run Mini Market on December 7th. Join us as a vendor, or come support local businesses as a shopper!
Requirements:
All items for sale must be handmade by the vendor. No reselling or repackaging. (Prints of photos, paintings, or sketches of vendor’s original artwork are acceptable.)
Items for sale must comply with state, local, district, and school regulations. This includes, but is not limited to items that are lewd or profane, suggestive, or contain alcohol or cannabis are not permitted.
Cost:
Adult vendor participation fee is $50. (No additional percentage - what you make, you keep!)
Student vendor participation fee is $10.
Requested but not required: Donation of a gift basket, item, or gift card of your goods for the PTO fundraiser raffle.
Entrance to the event is FREE and open to the public!

STUDENT VENDORS must use the MINI MAKERS registration form here.
ADULT VENDORS must use the MAKERS MARKET registration form here.
Student tables must be run by students, with an adult present to supervise for the duration of the day.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendor priority goes to vendors from our previous Makers Markets and members of the PS122 community. We'll also take other local vendors as space permits.
Vendors are responsible for supplying decorations, items for sale, and payment processing.
The PTO is not responsible for and cannot provide:
Additional power
Additional space
Wifi
Payment processing
Parking
To confirm your spot, you must:
Complete and submit the registration form
Submit table fee payment via PayPal. To ensure that your table fee is paid in full, please be sure to to cover the PayPal transaction fees before finalizing your payment. If you are not able to use PayPal, please email us at ps122pto@gmail.com to make alternate arrangements.
Following the receipt of payment and signed waiver, you'll receive an email confirmation that you have a table, along with an information sheet to fill out and instructions on loading in and loading out on the day of the event.
